# 5 Sweet Recipes for Midweek Fun...

## 1. [Banana Pudding](https://collegecandy.com/2010/10/31/intro-to-cooking-hangover-helpers/)

This recipe is vegan-friendly and sounds like a must-try. I am a HUGE fan of bananas and we have the best variety here in my city so I will definitely give this a try.

## 2. _Mariah Carey's 'Merry Christmas II You' Cookies_

Yep, you read that right, this recipe is from Mariah Carey. Kinda awesome, isn't it? Who knew she likes to bake? It seems pretty simple so we encourage you to whip up a batch today.

## 3. [Sour Cream Pear Cake with Pecan Streusel](https://pinchmysalt.com/sour-cream-pear-cake/)

This particular recipe is too complicated for my level of kitchen skills. But I know some of you are geniuses when it comes to baking so check this link out.

## 4. [Spice Mix Muffins](https://angrychicken.typepad.com/angry_chicken/2010/11/spicy.html)

I had to include this recipe because Angry Chicken is one domestic goddess I want to be when I grow up. She even uses her own spice mix to make these muffins!

## 5. [Rich Brownies](http://songberries.blogspot.com/2010/11/rich-brownies.html)

Hmm I can tell that this will give you a very yummy-smelling kitchen. And your neighbors will drop by "for no reason" when you know they want a bite of your brownies!

Are you going to give some of these a try? Please let us know if you do. You may also send us some sweets; we'd be forever grateful!
